What the heck?!

Found this 12" female dead this morning. Other rays and fish in the tank are fine. No curl, no wounds, no signs of damage except a pink-ish under belly. Ate last night. She has been in captivity a while and all the other rays have nothing wrong with them. Params are fine, I do water changes every day on this tank.
What happened? Only thing I can think of is a male possibly attacked her ??

There has been a few guys recently with sudden death syndrome with marbles it seems. Haven't seen as much with other species on the board but more with marbles.
Sorry to hear about the lost.

I would think so, maybe a bad earthworm?
