What the hell is this fish?

I bought this guy 6 months ago, he was about 1 inch and it was identified as Vijea Maculicauda, you'll all agree with that he's not a Maculicauda so what the hell is he (or she)???

Please dont tell me that he's a Synspilum because I think he's not, the best way to see his real color is by watching the video ;)

IMO, it looks like Paratheraps bifasciatus. But Veija/ Paratheraps can often be quite difficult to identify with certaintty, for a number of reasons. All these fish tend to have very similar body shape and their color pattern can sometimes be quite different from one individual to another, not to mention the fact that each species has many different regional variants that can be quite different. As well, hybrids of the different species and regional variants are not that uncommon in the hobby.

its a female salvini
 
they have one at my lfs called a cherryhead
