well, got home after work last night and found my 20cm senegalus dead.
Stuck in a flower pot! in the hole in the bottom of the pot.
His head and "wings" were stuck under the pot while his body was inside the pot. the pot was lying on the side.
I had to saw one of his wings off with a knife to get him out of the pot.
oh well, i am thinking about getting a 10cm lima shovelnose to replace this guy,
you guys think maybe i should break the pot in two and give the shovelnose 2 caves, since i have a big fat oscar that has already eaten 4-5 fish.
i'll miss the senegalus though, he was REALLY active, and would even have a go at my green terror if he ate the poly's shrimps.
