What the @#%^ is in my tank

What is in my tank? I was doing a water change and cleaning the substructure and saw tons of very small white wigging worms. I has a 240 gal stingray tank with 1 – 23” silver aro , 12 ½ male motoro. I do NOT feed live food. All water parameters stable. I do use well water. How can I get rid of the white worms? Your help will be VERY much appreciated. THANK YOU.

I looked up Planarians and it didn’t look the same. They look like white pieces of thin thread. A friend told me that they were harmless and they came from are well water but he didn’t know what they were “So how the h_ _ _ does he know if they are harmless or not. What a dumb a_ _ !! Need to find out if my fish are in danger.
