They are pricey around here a shop close to me has a 3"er for 59 bucks but realisticly there probably around 100- 150$ range if proven breeders

So. Cal is an exception when you're looking for a average price bc of the availability of things. I couldn't sell a 7" Dovii male for $15-$20 locally! (I had 3 I had to get rid of) I'd say it' would be a stretch to get even $100 for a breeding pair around here.... I have a pair that's 6"-7" in length, one F0 male that looks stunning but would doubt it would carry that price tag. But $200-$400 is just asinine..... Maybe for a breeding pair of Umbee but not Dovii!
