Why those areas are green tho?

I don't have experience with turtles but by the looks of it I think that your turtle is not getting enough sunlight and uv it requires. Maybe a little calcium and mineral supplements and a longer duration of sunlight might help.
Try to provide it with the early morning sunlight.

Could be algae growing on its shell. Did you try scrubbing it off
