So I just got a 140 gallon 6ft long, 1 1/2ft wide. Right now in my 100gallon I got a salvini, firemouth, convict, JD and nicaraguan and some dithers. I am thinking of adding one more maybe a green terror when I move them to the 140. What do you guys think? I think a Green terror might fit nicely.

green terror could be a problem as all your fish are already settlrd and green terrors are infamously pretty weak fish so if it gets too beat up as being the new guy your gonna get a fish that probably wont make it. i really like your stock as is and if it works now why change it. just cause you get a bigger tank doesnt mean you need more fish to fill it. sometimes it just means itll make my fish i have now happier.

Not sure on what you should add but gratz on the new tank :D

Oh, now I know what you should add...how about some bottom dwellers? If you like the idea, here's some suggestions you might be interested in,

-Clown Loaches
-Upside Down Catfish
-Columbian Shark
-Sun Catfish
-Pimelodus Catfish
-Bichir? Maybe an ornate?

GTs are weak?? My 5" male killed jags, JDs, convicts, and a midas. It depends on the individual
Fish. I don't think you should add one because your stock is settled in. If you really want one put a GT in your older tank.

Upsidedown catfish are awesome, I just saw one at the LFS that was about 16" long. I had no idea they got that big.

the smaller kinds of bichir like Palmas or senegalus, but if you forsee another tank upgrade in the future you could go with some of the more larger like Delhezi and ornatapinnis :)

or start again in your old tank with juvenile fish,
so you got your adult tank, and then your little baby cichlid tank tat you can shape in any way and have some of the fish you couldnt fit with your old stocking :)

Good advices. I am thinking of turning the 100 into an african cichlid tank (the smaller varieties) as it seems a perfect size for a nice rock formation. I think I will take the advice and go with a stock that gets along so well (my current cichlid stock) for the 140 and maybe add some clown loachs or a catfish. I really like clown loaches though.
