Planted 29 gallon tank. I have two 10 gallons to raise fry too. I want to breed a fish that has a demand, is worth some money, and is fun to breed. Also not to difficult. Feel free to make suggestions too.
What to breed out of these choices?

I was going to say altum angels, but not for a 29g, and EBJD's wouldn't work either, so I'd go with the rams.
Apistos FTW!! Cute, can be expensive (to sell the babies for profit), and really neat/not so common fish.
I would go with various Latacara species. They are fun to work with and worth the time and energy.
I think that right now it's maybe more financially rewarding to breed shrimps like bees, crystal reds or something like that or maybe some of the more expensive Hypancistrus like L46, L66, L134, L201. Cichlids are always very productive, therefore they are cheaper and you'll have to handle more fry at once.
