what to breed?

well i have the following spare tanks and was wondering what to breed in them..

20g high (has like 6 guppy fry)
10g
2.5g
1g

for the 10 gallon, you can probably only breed livebearer fishes like guppies, swordtails, platies, mollies. and for the other tanks, shrimps.

i have cons breeding in my 55.. first batch of fry today =]
i picked up a pregnany guppy from petco, had the fry in the bag on the way home so now my 20 has about 30 guppy fry and 10 has 1 female 'fancy guppy' and 1 male 'common guppy'
