Well I just recently picked up one of my dream fish a Imperial Flower Loach from The Reef Aquarium Shop in Indianapolis and now I have a tank completely infested with ich and im guessing probably something else as I've just lost my male motoro that ive had for several years and one of my bahias and from the looks of it the loach will more likely be gone sometime today.

Well I guess what my question is where do I go from here?

I still have one bahia, a rhino pleco, and a smaller silver arowana in the tank. The bass is completely covered in ich and im thinking he will be lost but the rhino and silver really arnt that bad and if they make it what should I do to the tank should I completely drain it and start over with it or just treat the hell out of it and hope its all gone.

Did you forget to quarantine?

So far ive just raised the temp and added a little salt, was scared to do any thing else with the loach and the ray.

I didn't quarantine they had him in the shop since mid January and being a knowledgeable shop as they are I felt I would be safe.

Honestly I've never quarantined anything I've ever gotten in my my years of fish keeping and I've been doing this since I can remember. But after this im turning one of our spare 55's into a quarantine/hospital tanks.

Well everything is dead but the arowana and the pleco, so Ive just took all the large rocks and drift wood out did a decent water change and going to spray down the drift wood n rocks and just start over.

Wow, that is sad. Sorry you lost those fish, but at least a couple nice ones are left. Ich can't survive if it dries out or if it's in an empty tank, in case that helps with the cleanup.

Well I dont want to completely drain it but I did do a decent sized water change yesterday and will do another one tomorrow. Should I treat the tank with anything?
