Have a 4x2x3 cage empty now i think its an neodosha, i had my argentine tegu in there for awhile before i got rid of him now its just sitting there and don't know what to put in there now, any ideas no snakes.

rainbow boa or something similar would be good. Many monitors would be fine too.

how about you give us some idea of what you want first. Are you looking for a snake or lizard or something else? do you want something easily handleable or something more for display? How about the care- are you willing to feed something every day or do you want something the requires less attention? How big of an animal do you want?

We could make a list a thousand species long that would fit in that sort of tank so help us narrow it down some.

Well no snakes at all and something more for display , maybe taken out to rome the apartment on occasion, something that may get maybe 2ft at the most someplace around there, iv thought of beardies but they just seem way to common for me, also if it could eat my GF's yourkie that would be a big plus:D.

I'm going to have to disagree with anyone who said your cage would be appropriate for a monitor. The only monitor small enough to live in a 4 x 2 footprint is an ackie and they need at least 12" of dirt or other substrate that will hold a burrow. I don't think that neodasha makes a cage capable of holding substrate that deep without modifications.

If you're looking for a larger animal and trying to avoid some of the more "common" species, my suggestions would include a blue tongue skink, a smaller tortoise like one of the testudos, or a couple of the larger species of gecko like leachies.
