I have a xl glass exo terra terrium and dont know what to add to it. was thinking either poisen arrow or red eyes. anyone else got some ideas...

tree frogs, not poison arrows, as tree frogs will use the height too where as the poisons wouldn't :)

Which model is it?

I would suggest:
Crested geckos
Gargoyle geckos
Tokay geckos
Mountain horned agamas and relatives
Red eye tree frog (or almost any other tree frog)

Darts might work depending on which model tank you have. If its the right one, you can probably make something pretty cool.

How much herp experience do you have? I could come up with some awesome animals for you to try but some are quite a challenge. :)

If you genuinely don't know what to do with such a cage, I suggest doing the sensible thing by giving it to someone who does (i.e. ME!)

J/K...yeah, that cage (if it is the largest one 18x18x24) has enough of a footprint and vertical space to host a wide variety of small herps, anywhere from a trio of treefrogs, a pair of geckos, or a small arboreal snake.

it is 24" x 18" x 24", and i have alot of experiance i used to run a petstore and took care of all the rep, fish and small animals and birds, i right now have snakes, couple rescues iggys 1 red others green and a rhino and some bearded dragons.
So i am up for a challenge but not tokays there to nasty even thought they are sooooooo pretty.

Plenty of people keep dart frogs in tall enclosures, turning the whole thing into a living vivarium with a bioactive substrate and everything. Maintaining humidity in one of those Exo-terra things might be hard, but you can cover part of the top with something.

more floor space is being considerate to the animal, rather than your own needs.

You could do a trio of blue or dyeing darts.

And tokay geckos arent very nasty anymore. As with nearly every animal that has entered the hobby, the old reputation from the importers has stuck. People have kept them very easily and had them well-conditioned to humans provided it is CB and raised from a young age. Then again, they can be delicate and its not recommened to handle them anyway. But your cage is far too small for even one of them...
