What to do with my female Vieja

As I'm slowly putting my fish room together and starting my short body hybrid project. I'm starting to realize I'm going to have to get rid of some of my fish. The first I'm considering is my fertile female Vieja who is about 7 to eight inches.

Any thoughts?
