I'd like to close some stuff down to save on electricity, and because I'm sick of maintaining so many tanks. Heres what I've got right now, that I do not want anymore. I'd throw the things on craigslist but its going to be hard trying to sell a 30gallon for $75 which is probably the least I would take.

(#'s 1-5 are all 30gallons)
tank#1- pair of regular convicts

tank#2- pair of pink convicts

tank#3- 5x 2" convicts, 2" ??? amphilophus, 4.5" clown knife

tank#4- 2x 3" common plecos, 3" raphael catfish, 4" convict, 3" carpinte

tank#5- 2x 3" honduran red points, 3" green severum, 3" carpinte

(10gallon)
tank #6 - 10 1" pink convicts

I'd like to keep all of these fish accept for the regular convicts, its not so easy finding new homes for them though. I think I will just take the convicts from tank #3 to the LFS. How should I shuffle around the rest of my fish?

Carpintis get too large for a 30g aquarium.

the midas in your avatar will outgrow your 100x65pixel avatar too. If you weren't smart enough to figure it out, these are grow out tanks.

What tanks will you have remaining?

I'm looking to close down 2 of these tanks. I've got a 40, 55, 60, 100, 120, and 130 for these guys. The only tank I can cram anything else in right now is the 40, which is the same dimensions as a standard 55 just shorter. Everything else has monster fish in it that will eat these growouts.

LMAO that was hilarious!!! damn man milk just came out my nose when I read that.

It sounds like you have too many fish to go around. Start mentally preparing yourself for the fact you'll probably have to give some of them up. :(

Nowhere in your original post did you mention the words grow out. You wouldn't believe how many people have those types of setups for those species. If you are here for advice, give that sort of info up front and you'll get better answers.
