What to do with pumpkins?

After thanksgiving, we normally toss our pumpkins into the compost pile but i have 4 uncarved pumpkins in great shape and hate to waste them. Anyone have any fun ideas to do with these? We took the smallest one last year, drilled a small hole, added about 300 grains of black powder and BOOM!

Hollow it out, fill it with gasoline, put a cloth in the top, light the top, and throw it or run away from it and make a pumpkin Molotov cocktail bomb thingy.
