ok so my friend got into fish after i did and is trying to outdo me. he is getting a 100 gallon tank this weekend. getting a pleco right after this. ummmmmm is he forgetting cycling and all of that stuff so he kills his pleco please answer me

I dont know if he's forgetting it, but he does need to cycle the tank.

the only chance that he has to set up a tank and put fish in it the same day . with a high high chance of killing htem is stuff called bio-spira. but even with that stuff, i wouldnt spend alot on fish. i dotn really trust it. nothign beats a good cycle to get the tank off on the right foot*S*
