what can I feed my 3 6" clown loaches? I tried sinking pellets and algae wafers but they just pass them up, I plan on trying cucumber tomorrow

If there new they may take a few days to eat.Bloodworms are hard to resist.

Let them settle in their new surroundings for a few days. They won't starve, that's how they got to 6 inches. Entice them with HIKARI carnivore sinking pellets, which my clown loaches go absolute nuts for and then feed them a variety of foods.

As stated above if they are new to your tank it may take a few days to adjust. Bloodworms either fresh or frozen are really hard to resist. I feed mine a mixture of flakes, sinking wafers, Emerald entree frozen veggie mix, Frozen frenzy (lots of meaty foods), Frozen bloodworms, and cucumber slices. Not all at once mind you, but I keep a variety in the diet, just like I try to do my own. And every now and again they get a really special treat of a coule of snails. REALLY fun to watch em go after the snails!!

go with worms to get them started while acclimating to your tank, like frozen bloodworms
