What to feed baby Cichla fry?

I have 5 baby Cichla fry and want to know what are the best foods to feed them?
I have them in a hatchery fry holder so the can find the food but find the frozen baby brine shrimp fall straight through the netting.
The fry are about 10mm.

Hikari first bites sinks a little bit slower and is found at most pet stores.

Maybe put something on the bottom of the netting so the fry can get the BBS off the bottom.

I feed my convict fry Hikari frozen BBS and first bites, they seem to like the first bites more. Looks like they spite the BBS out, might be too big or they want them live? Anyways first bites are cheap an easy, just dip a tooth pick in the tank to get it wet then dip it in the package an stir the pick with food on it in the tank.

yeah I was gonna say hikari baby food or crush up some pelets thats what I read
