Mine eat everything. I mainly feed fish fillets/shrimp/chicken to my fish and my flagtail goes at everything. When I drop in some pellets he'll eat that too (he is the only guy in my tank who would eat pellets)
And I have a live hydrilla plant there too, in case he wants some vegetation matter.

yeah i have sinking pellets for my catfish and he puts them in his mouth and sucks on them and spits them out and eats algae on the glass and also algae wafers good luck
