I will be leaving out of town tomorrow and I am thinking of how the hell will my fish eat. Right Now I a have been Kinda of overfeeding a lil bit just to give them a stomach full before I leave. I will be gone between weds-monday. I have no one that can feed my fishes, and I was thinking could I just buy a bag of feeders? if not then what?

automatic fish feeder lol

I would say either get an automatic feeder, or as above mentioned just leave them for a few days they'll be fine.

I have left for over 3 weeks and fasted my full grown cichlids. Couldn't even tell a difference. It's good for them. People WAY overfeed their fish.

I would throw a few feeders in there.
:D

Lower the temperature and don't feed at all. Like many have already said, fish can go very long periods without food. You often fine you create more problems than you solve with auto-feeders, etc. Lowering the temp slows their metabolism so they don't need or want as much food anyway.

Anything under a week isn't even a though in most cases, but if you must use an auto-feeder make sure to set them to feed lightly.

Oh.......and NEVER let a friend feed them!

Feed nothing, they will be fine.

I concur.

During the floods here in Iowa in 2008 my fish went 2 weeks with no food. I got back home and they were all alive and well.
Hell they survived with no filtering, air pumps or anything that takes electricty.
