I just got a pair of G.n.sp."Paso Pache II" (ex-meridionalis) from Ken Davis (fishfarm). As usual the fish showed up on time and look terrific. I can't understand why folks don't keep more of these Rhabdotus group Gymnos? Anyway, what should I feed them?

I plan on doingn that once they settle in good.

Mine do well on Mini Freeze Dried Krill, NLS Cichlid (Sinks to substrate) and Tetra MicroCrabs...

I also offer Frozen Spriluna Brine, as well as Frozen Mysis for all of my Gymmies!

Love the Gymmies~

Nice pickup! Mine snack off of carnivore and massivore pellets meant for my SAL as well as flakes, blood worms, and spriluna brine shrimp. Try to feed them food that sinks cuz they arent very good at picking food from the surface

Okay. So no special dietary requirements other than the food needs to sink.

Doesn't even need to sink - mine eat floating pellets, sinking pellets/granules, flake, frozen bloodworms, frozen krill.

Once they settle in they won't be so shy. Some floating plants also help.
