what to feed giraffe catfis?

i bought a giraffe catfish last june at 4" and now it is still only 8" i feed it sinking catfish pellets is there anything i can feed it to make it grow quicker as i've seen people who have had there giraffe cats grow a lot quicker than this

how often do you feed and what size tank is it in?

i feed 2-3 times daily and tank id 72"x18"x18" with fluval 405 and small pond filter

Ive been feeding mine good quality dry food. He mainly eats sinking tetra prima (I buy in Bulk ) Some hikari carnivore. Falke that sinks down. Frozen food like bloodworm and brineshrimp. And What ever prawn or mussle reaches the bottom.

feed mine pellets, night crawlers, and krill. not sure if it's considered a growth diet though, mine was big when i got it

It should be,my 8incher eats any sinking food that he can get to first,he even eats pellets from the water surface that are intended for my cichlids.Maybre you shouldnt be in such a rush toget him to a large size as you probably know they can get huge.

JUST WENT OUT AND BOUGHT SOME HIKARI SINKING CARNIVORE PELLETS AND BLOODWORM SO SHOULD GET IT TO START GROWING

1 Thing that gets fogotten all the time is alot of water changes,this really does help with growth.
