What to feed my FH?

I have 6 FH, Blue Dragon, I think. They are all about 1". What can I feed them to keep them healthy? Do they require special UV light?

I feed Hikari Bio-Gold+, Regular Gold, Bio-Pure Bloodworms, Krill, Market Shrimp(Raw). I give him a variety.

Frozen bloodworm - Best protein source & Pellets food with immunity substances will be best for Flowerhorn with every 2 weeks water change at least . UV light is not necessary for flowerhorn
