what to feed my Fh

What should i feed my Fh right now i have a 5 inch Female and a 3in male. The female eats hikari Cichlid gold and Tetra Cichlid the male can only eat omega one shrimp pellets. So hows dose that sound to you guy and ladies ?

Convert them to NLS(New Life Spectrum). Your fish may not like them at first but it's the best thing out there on the market.

My FH was the same way only ate the omega one shrimp pellets. I switched em over to sinking hikari gold finally. Had to starve it a few days
