What to feed my RBP's ? ? ?

Im out of ideas to feed my rbp's... ! ive fed them gold fish/bologna/ham and turkey...their only 4.5 months old and about 2.5'' lng..their a lil heavy cuz i keep em well fed...i jus wanna make sure they get a well balanced meal...if any body has any ideas please feel free to share

Hope that's not you've had them for 4 months and they're only 2.5".. Either way you need to cut that diet entirely and feed them raw market shrimp with the shell on. You can vary their diet with a feeder once in a while but market shrimp(raw shrimp from the store) is best for them. And cut out the lunch meat. Nothing but bad stuff in that. They should in opportune conditions grow 1" a month for a while.

you must be a newbie for feeding them human food. no good.

best diet should be protein rich, such as shrimp, krill, worms, beef heart, etc.

I used to feed mine raw market shrimp, frozen smelt, catfish or tilapia fillets and convict cichlids which I bread for feeders.
