What to feed similis?

Hi Gang, Long time lurker, first time poster!

I have a growing colony of similis and am finding that they are sorta picky when it comes to what they eat. They seem to like the cheap stuff and turn away from frozen brine shrimp and cichlid pellets.

Any ideas??

I keep multis and meliagris and have heard flakes is the best steady diet for shellies.

It can take them a while to get used to new food.
Wean them onto the new foods, they'll get used to it. Ours wouldn't take NLS right away but they eventually got used to it.
Personally our fish (including shellies) never went all that crazy over frozen brine, or even live. They seem to tire of it very quickly.
Shellies, or Tangs in general, I've noticed don't tend to overeat so feed sparingly.

I second that. Also, they love flake food.
