What to Feed the Following Fish??

My new stocking list for my 90g:

6 Red Hook Silver Dollars (3")
8 Clown Loach (2")
10 Fantail Danio's (1.5")
1 Royal Pleco (2")
2 Bala Sharks (2")
4 Bristlenose Pleco's (to be removed)
2 Synodontis catfish (to be removed)

What would be the best overall food/diet to feed them all on? Must be available in the UK

For the bottom dwellers i recomend omega one algae wafers they have alot of good spirulina in them, and the royal also likes to munch on wood

Omega One Flake I can get for £10 per 100g if I buy a 148g tub
New Life Spectrum Flake is £7.50 per 100g if I buy in a 800g tub
New Life Spectrum Community 1mm pellets £5 per 100g in a 300g tub

So the pellets are cheaper per 100g...

Preference? How long would say 100g last them? How often should I feed bearing in mind they're all young?

I can't seem to find Omega One Wafers in the UK?

Any other preference on www.ebay.co.uk as there's almost 400 items to choose from?? Again how many and how often?

My all purpose formula 1mm tub or any Nls tub, seems to last forever, and the fish love it. Thera A is also a good food that Nls makes.


This fish and most my fish have been raised 90% exclusively on Nls all purpose formula or the Thera a formula.

okay I'll probably grab a tub of the 1mm stuff then, works out far cheaper.

What about wafers?

Is single point feeding the in thing now or twice a day? Been out of the loop for a while....
