What to feed

hey guys ive got a 5-7inch silver and i want it to have great color what should i feed it?

mines about 6in and gets good red colouring from a diet of freeze dried bloodworms and shrimp

mix his diet up feed it some frozen foods, some live, and get em to take some pellets, beautiful fish good luck

as stated above, a mixed meal.. I'd start with hikari sticks if he'll take them, then go for krill, bloodworms, and maybe small cut up shrimp. Mine also co crazy over fish fillets. Just stay away from feeders if you can..

mine wont eat the miny crickets i bought fo rit, it only eats brine shrimp what should i do?

keep trying, mine wouldnt eat pellets for the first month or so but he's just starting to accept them now
