What to feed?

I have a chocolate cichlid, satanoperca, some orangeheads and some angels and I am having difficulty in know what is best to feed them.

The chocolate is fine, eats anything. But the eartheaters/angels wont take any form of pellet. All will eat frozen but I dont want that as their staple and they will eat tetra prima / flake but I understand there is little nutritional value in that?

What are my best options?

I use king British for my Colombian tetras that I got in a magazine( It was recommended ).

Did you buy the satanoperca, orangeheads and angels recently or have they been with you for some time now?
Once common method used is starving them and slowly introducing them with the pellets of your choice.
NLS and Hikari are some of the brands discussed here , maybe you can try them depending upon availability.
