What to feed?

What can i feed my 3.5" vatf? He's so small that i dont know which food i can give. I cant give him live fish cause theyre just too big for him to eat. Please help :/

.....at nearly four inches it should be able to polish off guppies and most rosey reds with ease.It'd be great if you could get it to eat floating pellet sticks but that might be too soon at this point.
