Does anyone know a good filter for a 75 gallon? Could I possibly have a link to a site that sells them?

And also possibly a good heater?

ive used ac110s and fluval 404son my 75 excelent performance and always fits the budget. as far as heaters i like stealth and aquaclear anything in the 100 to 150 watt range will do

I guess it really depends on what you are going to stock the tank with.
I have FX5 and two stealth 200W heaters in the tank, over filter is always better than underfilter :)

i have a 55 gallon tank that i have an ac110 on and honestly there is not a speck of garbage in my sand! there is a 20 gallon difference but the ac110 is rated up to 110 obviously haha.
however i have a heater from walmart thats "rated" up to 65 gallons that has my tank at 65' which is 15 degrees lower than its set to so i guess with filtration and heaters your supposed wayyyyy over shoot, i'm ghetto rigging my tannk and have a sleeping bag wrapped around it to hopefully warm it up a bit. i'm gonna buy another one of the 65 gallon heaters soon.

There is no reason you need a FX5 on a 75 gallon. I would go with a aqua clear 110 and if you need to overstock your tank go with two aquaclear 110's, and if you prefer canisters over HOB, go with a fluval 405.

Also a stealth 250w heater will heat it just fine.

2 emp. 400's and a stealth heater will work quite nice. That's what I use on mine.
