So i just graduated, got my own apartment and have a ton of space to fill. The apartment is in a brick house that was built in 1864 so it should have pretty strong floors and I'll also be on the first floor so I can tell what direction the joists are going. I'm planning on getting a few 75 gallon tanks over the next couple of months, although I might be able to go a bit larger, I'm not sure exactly how much the floor can support...
I'm trying to figure out exactly what I can get that will live comfortably in 75s. Right now, I'd like to have one with two diamondback terrapins, one saltwater (ive never done one, so it'd probably be the last to get put together), and probably two others. For one, I was thinking of trying to do a semi-planted predatory with a bicher or two, and trying to figure out what tankmates to get. And the other would be a cichlid tank of some sort.
Any suggestions?
