What To Stock My New Tank With??

Hello people!!

Just bought a juwel rio 180 on ebay 6months old for a bargain price!!

Not sure on what to stock it with though i currently keep snakeheads and was thinking of keeping a different species of them, or looking into pirahnas would the tank be big enough for them?

any other suggestions??

smaller species of snakehead not the micropeltes or anything of that kind, how many pirahnas can i put in there?? ive been told you have to keep them in groups of more than 3

Some of the smaller Channa will work perfectly fine in a 54 gallon tank, but I highly doubt you'll be able to find piranhas that won't strip each other bare in tank that size. I'm sure someone with better experience will be able to chime in here soon.

I keep two piranhas (red bellys) in a fifty five probly about six inches now had em since they were two inches and my buddy has 5 red belly in a 75 you should be fine Putin three or more in that tank make sure to keep em well fed or they will kill each other though

yh think i need to do some research on them before and if i get a couple there really cheap aswell i can pick them up for about £6 each

looking for other ideas though cichlids or something maby again dont really know much about them

Haha I'm telling you piranha's are cool I only paid five for both of mine I have a cichlid tank like it but love my piranha's watched em shred a gold fish apart today but its your tank haha

do you have to feed them live fish?? i was also thinkin about puffers?? really dont know what to put in it lol
