The bottom of my 125 is only 15" deep and most Sterilite or Rubbermaid
bins are 17" wide. How do you guys manage a DIY SUMP under there?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean that your 125 is only 15" wide? If so, find a more narrow sump container. I am using a 40L as my sump, if that helps at all.

yes, i think he means 15 inches front to back, and most of the containers used as diy sumps are wider than that.

You might be able to get a cheap 55 that looks crappy but still holds water.

Thanx for understanding me.
It looks like I'm gonna have to do some trimming on these 17" wide bins.

Just find a tank such as a 55G, 29G or a 20 long and use it to build a sump. They will fit right under there.

I just got a 20g High and it WON'T fit tru the cabinet doors!!
I'll take pics..

:irked:

Are you sure this is a 125? What are the measurements?

If I knew building a sump was such a PIA, I don't think I would've
done it. I had to do alot of cutting for just a 20g. I don't know how
I could do a 29g or larger.
