I've been feeding mine sinking shrimp pellets. What do you find is best for guick growth?

My Endli chomps anything with gusto. Just feed it a good variety of high quality foods. Nightcrawlers are one of the most nutritious foods there is.
I fed my two Senegals sinking carnivore pellets and beef heart from s.f.b. I got great growth out of them, prob primarily from the beef heart. It's supposed to promote fast growth. I recentlybought beef heart PLUS, also from s.f.b. But have had a hard time finding it. It'snutritional value is a lot better than standard beef heart. Beef heart will get you faster growth but balance it with pellets of high quality
ok so so as of now, nightcrawlers, krill and beef heart are good. Can i feed it filets from sunfish? do they need to be cooked or just feed after they've been frozen?
I saw some nice growth on mine with a varied diet. Fed tilapia, cichlid sticks, and shrimp pellets as a staple and bloodworms as a treat. Also for great growth, make sure the water quality is pristine

Yeah mine gets the shrimp pellets as staple, is the tilapia frozen without being processed or cooked? I'm wondering if i can feed mine wild caught frozen sunfish filets.
Any time you are using fish, you want to use raw. Yeah, sunfish fillets would be fine.
I feed mine NLS as a staple, then also mix in market shrimp and any smaller fish he catches in the tank lol, its not the fastest growth plan but the NLS has him looking great!
