It could be a hybrid red turquoise with blue diamond

Chances of you finding that exact fish is if you find the breeder of that fish and hope that the off spring looks exactly like that male in the pic!

It's a red turquoise. The patterning throughout the body is darkened in the picture, either from lighting/flash or from the fish going dark to blend in with its surroundings. If you put that fish on a lighter background the color would lighten and the striation through the main part of the body would be more visible.
