what type of amphilophus is this? red devil or midas? need help ID . :L

hey guys.. i have this cichlid i bought a few months ago.. at first i dont know what it is but i consider it as an amphilophus because it is fading now..
here it is a few months back..

and here it is now fading,

a red devil probably? need help guys.. thanks.

and guys... here is my midas.. just to differentiate on what it looks like compared to my unknown amph .
my midas is now fading as well.

Thanks guys but i wonder why they faded to white first.. I usually see them fade to orange first.. is it normal?

Yes totally.
I had a few that went to white/black before becoming 100% orange
