yeah, it's the zz. i always think tht the zz is kinda like a low grade red dragon. feel free to ask more questions. 
he just start to color up past couple days I took the the photo the same time I put him in the tank thats why the color is bad hes the best quality I could get local lol

ok.
u need to put a divider in your tank. put the temperature up to 30dgrees celcius. feed them a variety of quality food. remove the divider once they start to like each other, and let them be. but do observe them, they would tht dance thingy with each other. simple as tht. lol
