Looks like "orange head" to me.

Agree with above but also looks like there are two species in that tank and one could possibly be megasema the others look like orange heads.

These are Geophagus sp. 'Tapajo' AKA - orange heads. The bisect vertical barring, midlateral spot and stripped caudal make them fairly easy to ID at this size.
