Hi just got this guy last nigth hes in a small 15 glalon until hes a lil bigger so ic an pout him in my bigt ank and he can fend for himself. hes about 1.5 inches long and has the pattern of a tiger oscar but instead of orange hist stripes/bloches are white. could this be a common?

Probably just a regular one. They usually look different when they are small.

I think that is just the juvenile coloring

its most assuradly a tiger oscar but I doubt its juvenile markings because when I got mine it was 2 inches long and had all of its orange I've seen a few like this and have heard that it is real close to its WC origin instead of being a tank bred I also heard when they get older you might get an all black oscar

cool aha
we'll see what happens ahah
