alright well ill wait a couple of weeks since hes about 3 inches. also if i dont get the orino now wait then grow him up will i beable to put them dogether when bigger?

Cichla are schooling fish so they do well in groups when they are the same size. I have 7 bass, monos,ocells, orinos, kelbs in 4-8" and they do fine. The larger bass will sometimes chase the smaller ones but never actually cause harm.

You should be fine.
