what type of pond i should build

Hi
I can t decide of what type of pond i should build in my 10mx20m mud pond, shall I make:

5 ponds of 2mx10mx1m Raceways pond- like trout farming- or arrowana farming in malaysia- but i don t have a stream to go trough.

4 ponds of 5mx10mx1m Square ponds

1 pond of 10mx20mx1m

In allcase mud bottom .

My peacockbass seller in Bangkok he s having 3mx4mx 0,5m ponds for his stock .

How about 'S' shaped, where they're folded back on each other (one wall for two runs) so the start and finish are at the same end, put your filter in between them with a high volume low pressure pump.

Similar to tilapia farms in CA. (but they use mountain rivers as a water source)
