First plant is some type of amazon sword ( Echinodorus sp.). They are fairly easy to grow provided you have 2-3in of substrate and provide root tab fertilizers occasionally.
Second, might be a type of hygrophilia but not sure.

I have substrate it’s just that I am cleaning it

The second one goes by the name temple plant, I cannot remember the scientific name though

Yeah, I think it's Giant Hygrophila (also called Temple Plant), Hygrophila corymbosa.

As mentioned, Amazon sword, hygrophila corymbosa and I would say lymnophila possibly sessiliflora or l. Heterophylla albeit looking a bit bedraggled or nibbled. First two would need substrate and root tabs but equally second will equally take nutrient from water column with Trailing roots and third really grows from fertiliser in water and decent lighting produces nice bushy growth.
