ive got three of them and wanted to add variaty to their diet so what veggies are safe(also are frozen steamed veggies okay)?

Zucchini, cucumber, lettuce are all good choices. Peas are Ok to, just smash them before you put them in.

Technique for getting your Cls to start feasting on them? I have cucumber and zucchini in my tank at all times pretty much for my plecos. The clowns never touch it...

Not really any technique, mine just eat it! Keep offering it, see what happens.

Take out the old pieces and replace everyday w/fresh veggies....

Yeah I've done cucumber and lettuce and they loved both. Mine went right to it, so I'm not sure why yours arent. I will say that I've only done lettuce once because it made a real mess and the little buggers left little pieces all over in the tank that I had to fish out and it was a pain in the ass.

I feed vege's every 2nd or 3rd day. I cut a couple of thin slices of zuchini, weight it down with a spoon and leave for a few hours. Come back and nothing is left. Prior to putting the food in the tank, I cut of the skin of the vegetable which is always left over.
