Oh Sure Im a Paddy :D
I have a few questions for the great Members of MFK.
My dad is helping me make a 8x3x3 Ply fishtank. we have not ordered anything yet. I am thinking should i get the 8x3x3foot or see can i get a 6x3x3ft Glass.
My stock is 1xSilver Arowana,1x Clown Knife Fish,1xGiraffe Catfish,1xRotkeil Severum,1xTSNxLei,1xCommon Pleco,2xSun Catfish. If i did decide to go 6x3x3ft i would be getting rid of the Silver Arowana,CKF,TSNxLei,Sun Cats(maybe). And i would probably stock the 6ft with 2xRotkeils,BGK,Rays,tetra,other cichlids,Dwarf cichlid? Im open to any other fish that you recommend im going for the Amazon Look set-up. Will i get 8ft'er 6ft'er.
 
go with the 6x3 window and yous a foot on each side as support for the glass
 
So ill look into it. If i was to get the 6ft'er What ray should i get? I could trade the Aro and the CKF for one.
 
ok i might have miss understood you. keep your tank as big as you want it to be the 8 x 3 x 3 . but the front viewing glass at 6x3 so you can have the extra support and it will save you a few hundred bucks on the price of the glass
 
go big,but sell me that tsnxlei,if going for rays probably as bib a footprint as possible.ply tank u can put insulation into framework,glass fiber it,not to difficult to build and cheaper for bigger tanks.good luck

I think i might keep all The fish. But Zungaro That Fish shop 'Aquatic-Village' has got a Cephalosilurus apurensis about 8-9''. http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=1525 It says they dont get bigger than 12'' but they grow bigger maybe 18''+. It costs €100 but you could haggle him down.
 
Oh yeah i saw that on a sign yesterday. What date isit coming in at? I hear there is ment to be some nice Oddballs:naughty:
