what will live with a 2.5'' oscar?

pretty much any small cichlid thats the same size or smaller. just watch out for aggression. not for long though cuz ur O will outgrow that tank quick
GT should be fine, but they are prone to parasitic infections so make sure to keep a close eye out for that while they are still in the grow out tank, you dont want to find out he has them once you move him to the 150 because then you would have to treat that entire tank
i hope by rbp that you mean piranhas and NOT pacus, if piranhas then thats cool that would be a cool tank but pacus get WAY too massive for even 1 in a 150g
of course lol, if i wanted to get 1 pacu i would have to buy 150 growout for its self lol.

no I dont, they are a bit too skittish for my tastes but they do look pretty cool, that will def be a cool tank
