convicts would be a good possibility but i would def want a pair though because i love watching them work any cichlids for that matter are great workers but its something about the size and the amount of work they do

giant danios get up to like six inches, i would get a small school of them, a bicher, and a pair of cons
i dont think blue acaras would work, they are pretty similar to gt's and they might fight

I tried mixing blue acara and a gold saum, it did not go well the one saum beat the snot out of all three acaras two of whom had a good inch or more to them than him.
I once had 8-10 convicts with a goldsaum pair in a 90g. No aggression but lots of tank maintenance, wc and gravelcleaning.
Bichir for sure.. Then a group of dithers like the giant danios or a larger rainbowfish of some sort... bosemanis or reds or something.
