What would kill angel fish

I had 2 angels die in a week. What would cause that? I have live plants, good filtration and other semi and non aggressive specimens. So why would my angels die?

Tank size??
Tank equipment??
Species of angelfish and size??

any sign of diseases? were they de-wormed? Was the tank cycled...all the questions in prior post need to be answered in order to give a good response to the question
