What would look good

Hey everyone,

I know that dark colors usually bring a fish's colors out, but I have a 300 gallon tank with light tan sand and relatively bright lighting. What fish do you think would look best in here? I really like big cichlids and cichla but will consider all fish.

Cichla, any kind, Mono's maybe? But do a black background

With 300 gallons I would get the cichla.

I'd get some Hoplarchus in there if you're into big SA cichlids
