What would the best temperature for my fish tank.

I have a 123L fish tank with a automatic Temp heater than I can set to any specific temperature setting.

My question is, what is the best temperature for my tank water, so that it is good for my fishes and as well as for the beneficial bacteria such as Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter ?

My fishes are
10 Neon Tetra
2 sunset platy
3 three spot gourami
2 Bristlenose Pleco small sizes
2 Rubber Lip Albino Bushy Nose Plecos
3 Amazon Puffers
1 Figure 8 Puffer

Figure 8 won’t like a non-brakish tank in the long run.

maybe I give fig8 back to the pet store. but for the others and my bacteria what would be the good temp?

75-79 is a pretty good range.

In the winter rooms are kept at 70°, tanks at 75°
During summer I turn off the heaters, and just let the ambient air temperature control the tank temps. No AC in my house, so on 90°plus days tank temps will rise to mid 80°s and at night drop back down to high/mid 70°s.

I have atm CA and SA cichlids, Tetras, Swordtails
